Newark Police Department Composite

Every community needs a Composite Portrait of their various departments. This helps build a sense of team work, gives a chance for everyone in the community to put names with faces and records the history of the community.
These portraits are also being used for ID badges.

This portrait took less than 10 minutes from the time we started walking from the area they were having lunch

Newark Rotary

This portrait took less than 10 minutes from the time we started walking from the area they were having lunch to the adjacent room. I’m Karl Joyce, the owner of New Dimensions and I’m the person in the upper right corner of the photo. This is an 8×20 image that was mounted on archival quality mount board and coated with a protective covering that allows it to be displayed without glass. The protective covering also guards against finger prints and fading due to UV rays and florescent light.

We work with your webmaster so we can send you the exact size you want.

Newark Class of 1951 – Everyone’s Looking GREAT!!

We have a great time taking this Class Reunion photo. It was was taken from the balcony: I (Karl Joyce) stood on a ladder and photographed down on the class; this makes it very easy to see everyone’s face. When we have nice weather and a great outside location I love to do an outdoor photo. It saves having people climb up on chairs.

I started taking the Class of 1951′s Class Reunion’s group photo in 1986 with their 35th Class Photo.

It was a great evening for everyone, this portrait was delivered less than a hour after it was taken ! !

Example: Dance Studios

We take photograph individuals and groups (classes) and offer a wide array of products from photos to key chains to t-shirts. Most people order at the photo session but can also go online and order additional products. If someone purchases $50 or more products from an image we GIVE them a CD and a copyright release of that image.

Click here to visit the Gallery. To see the over 300 products we offer just add a photo to your shopping cart.
You can also view them as a slide show.

Click here to see the Show
We’ve created a show that you can click on it plays a slide show set to music. You can purchase this show for $10. It’s a 1280 x 1024 show that can be view full screen, set as your screen saver AND you can export images that can be used for your screen’s “wallpaper”.

The dance studio receives:
1. Free display boards with photos of all the individuals and groups. This includes a group photo of the entire cast who are performing at the recital (makes for an excellent press release for free PR in the paper, blog, website, etc)
2. A DVD of all the images and a copyright clearance so they can use the photos on their web site, in memory books they may want to create, in ads, etc.
3. We are on call for you when you need photos of you, your staff, a particular group, that you want to include in a news article about your business and need current photos. This is handy if you were announcing an open house for registration, putting on a community performance, or writing a press release about a new staff person, etc.

Example: Class Reunions

We’ve photographed over 100 class reunions.  These photos become even more important as the years progress.

We need a minimum guaranteed order of 20 – 8x10s and a deposit check of $50 to hold the date. The $50 is deducted from the check the class writes me the night of the reunion. The photo is $14 and includes tax and delivery. For the last 5 years we’ve always been able to deliver the photo the night of the reunion but in case of a printer malfunction we’d just print the photos later and mail them.

The process of taking the photo becomes a fun part of the evening, see the quote below from Lorrie.  We take our time arranging the group because this is a great opportunity for class members to mix and bump into a lot of different people who they can quickly greet and exchange a little news.

We also email the photo to the newspapers you want it sent to; were it’s combined with any article you may have written summarizing your reunion weekend.
We like to send out an order form with your mailing > then the classmates send a check to the same person who is collecting the funds for dinner etc. > then the class writes us a check the night of the reunion.

Karl…Here was the photo you did for our 40-Year Class Reunion. I was the 4th one from the left in the front row. We had an absolute BLAST when you took this photo! We loved getting the photos the same night! Nice to see you at Justin and Rachel’s Wedding…Lorrie O’Connor
